Northern Territory School of Distance Education (NTSDE)

NTSDE is a senior secondary distance education school that provides pathways for students in their final stage of schooling to enable them to transition into further education at university or TAFE, and/or full time employment, often through a school based apprenticeship. We deliver Year 10, Stage 1 (Year 11) and Stage 2 (Year 12) NT Board of Studies approved subjects which lead students to gaining their NT Certificate of Education and Training (NTCET). Many of our students are isolated due to geographic, medical or social circumstances and many are dual enrolled at another school in the NT or live in another state or country. Some are travelling around Australia, the world or are living within a much shorter radius. Some students are adults wishing to access formal learning for career or personal reasons.
