AADES is proud to announce that Nancy Frey will be joining Doug Fisher to present the keynote The Courage to Learn on the first day of our conference. Nancy Frey, Ph.D., is Professor of Educational Leadership at San Diego State University and teacher leader at Health Sciences High. She is a credentialed special educator, reading specialist, and administrator in California. Current books include The Teaching Reading Playbook, Teaching Students to Drive Their Learning, Welcome to Teaching, and The PLC+ suite of books.
