Our Unit 3 Agriculture and Horticulture students spent two days visiting a range of farms across the greater Shepparton region. Students learnt about innovations in fruit production, climate change mitigation in the dairy industry, paddock rotations in pork production and value adding in the tomato industry.
Thanks must go to all the producers who gave up their time for the students - Tatura Smart Farm, Goulburn Valley Pork, Riverside Dairy, Sundown Foods and Murray Dairy.
