VSV Learning hub a boost for VCE Gippsland students

Students in Gippsland will soon be able to access a wider range of VCE subjects and specialist teachers at a new Blended Learning Hub which will operate as a campus of Virtual School Victoria.

Principal Fiona Webster was thrilled to be onsite when Minister for Education Natalie Hutchins MP recently announced the hub.

Supporting students from 15 government secondary schools in Inner and Outer Gippsland, the initiative will provide access to specialised subjects.

The hub will deliver the combined benefits of virtual and face-to-face learning, enabling students to come together in Morwell to learn with peers from other schools across the region.

It will be located at the Morwell Campus of TAFE Gippsland.

The hub will begin taking enrolments later this year, with subject delivery beginning 2024.
